Prototype: Gotthard steam locomotive series C 5/6 Elefant of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), with a 3-axle coal tender, for use in freight and express train traffic on the Gotthard route. Version in the condition of the monument locomotive in front of the SLM halls in Winterthur. Locomotive road number 2969. Operating condition Era IV/V. Model: With digital decoder and extensive sound functions. Controlled high-performance drive with flywheel in the boiler. 5 axles driven. Traction tires. Locomotive and tender largely made of metal. Smoke generator 72270 is installed as standard. Three-light headlights on the locomotive that change with the direction of travel and 2 lights on the tender as well as built-in smoke generator in conventional operation, can be switched digitally. In addition, the driver’s cab lighting can be switched digitally. Lighting with maintenance-free warm white light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Adjustable coupling with kinematics between locomotive and tender. Close coupling with NEM shaft on the front of the locomotive and on the tender, kinematically guided on the tender. Minimum radius for travel 360 mm. Piston rod protection tubes and screw coupling imitations are included. Length over buffers 22.3 cm.
