Super Smooth Clear Matte is a new lacquer-based matte clear paint developed with the concept of creating a “smooth matte clear coating.” By incorporating “fluorine,” this paint forms a smoother coating compared to traditional matte finishes. Additionally, compared to the previous product (C182), this paint uses finer matte additives, allowing it to coat the surface without gaps. This results in a rich, smooth coating with reduced white haziness. When applied to a molded surface, it creates a texture that appears as if the entire surface has been painted.
Furthermore, the smoothness of the coating reduces friction resistance between layers of paint, leading to several innovative features:
Reduced Scratches: It helps minimize scratches on parts when posing kits.
Improved Movement: It smooths the movement of parts that rub against each other when painted in those areas.
This high-grade matte clear is unlike any finish you’ve tried before and is perfect for the final touch on your valuable creations. Note: Although fluorine naturally repels water and oil, this product has been specially processed to allow for overpainting and weathering after application.
