This 39′ single dome tank car is black with white lettering and runs on Bettendorf trucks. Built in the mid-1950s for the Thomas E. Snyder Sons Company, a molasses shipper founded in 1941 and based in Chicago, Ill. This car was used through the early 1960s to carry liquified sugar products across the country from refineries to various distributors.
