The new Hobbywing Platinum V4 80 Amp speed control is economically priced and ideally suited for 450-500 Class Helis or wherever you need a well performing, compact ESC. It’s rated for a 3-6S Lipo, and up to 100 amps burst (10s).
Inside the ESC is the new DEO technology (Driving Efficiency Optimization), allowing for rapid throttle response, improved efficiency, and cooler running.
It also features multiple protections, including start-up protection, ESC thermal protection, capacitor thermal protection, over-current protection, overload protection, and throttle signal loss protection to increase the lifespan and reliability of the ESC. It is programable via the HobbyWing Multi Function LCD ESC Programmer
The integrated BEC is more powerful than many other speed controllers, capable of 10 amps continuous current and up to 18 amps for short periods of time while switchable between 5 and 8 volts. This ESC is fully compatible with the HobbyWing Programming card for ease of use.
