The Hobbywing 10A UBEC V2 is a great option for those wanting some redundancy on their R/C aircraft or vehicle. This switch mode BEC is capable of putting out 6 to 8.4V at a constant 10 amps, but is able to handle 15A in short bursts. Use it to power servos, lights, winches or whatever you need to power with a compact, yet powerful voltage regulator.
It features shoot through protection, to make sure that the input voltage does not reach your receiver or servos as well as other features such as output short protection, overheat protection, overcurrent protection and a fancy aluminum case for heat dissipation and RF shielding. The PC board is potted making the unit water and dust proof.
