This box contains everything you need to build a peaceful lake house, suitable for many 28-35mm fantasy and historical games. The interior is fully detailed and the roof is removable. The set comes complete with a lake, two ponds and 18″ / 45cm of raised walkways. The terrain is supplied flat-packed on high-quality, high-density card, printed in full colour on both sides, so no painting required!
