This Trainman HO Scale 2-Bay Offset Side Hopper is modeled after the open hoppers that were built in the 1930s and the 1940s to transport coal. The long-lived cars operated into the 1970s and today several are in museum collections. Features of this ready-to-run model include an injection-molded body, find decoration, free-rolling 50-ton trucks with blackened metal wheels, detailed brake gear and body mounted AccuMate(R) knuckle couplers.
