Description
This set is composed of six different bottles of paint of 17 ml each. This set contains a small selection of the most common colors in Ukrainian combat vehicles, with the exception of many colors used only in maneuvers or in pre-war times. While many Ukrainians use official colors of Russian origin found in the set A.Mig 7109 Modern Russian Set Color, the colors of this set are the specific colors of Ukraine. The yellow and blue colors are widely used for marking vehicles in the national colors.
The war in Eastern Ukraine or the “Anti Terrorist Operation ATO” of 2014 and 2015 has become one of the most popular global model building topics. Due to the large amount of photos and information about the vehicles participating here, many modellers have chosen this topic. Indeed, the many color systems of all the vehicles used there are complex, and multitudes of standardized colors are mixed with other improvised hues on the battlefield.
These colors were developed in collaboration with Ukrainians and Ukrainian military experts
The paint has a matte finish to get an even more realistic effect.
The colors you will find in this set are:
A.Mig-048 Yellow: national color
A.Mig-051 Light Green KHV-553M: A very special and specific shade of green for digital camouflage that is applied to many vehicles, but also used in combination with other colors in more conventional camouflage
A.Mig-052 Deep Green (equivalent to Nato-Green): Used by many units in combination with brown A.MIG 914 as the Ukrainian National Guard color.
A.Mig-083 Zashchitniy Zeleno (Russian Postwar Green) KHV-518: basecolor of most vehicles, often combined with black.
A.Mig-915 Blue (RAL 5019): national color
A.Mig-914 Red Brown Light: basecolor of most vehicles, often combined with black.
This set comes in a sturdy cardboard packaging with a number of examples of application of the paint on the back.
