Description
Large and powerful artillery piece used by the United States Army and Marine Corps from the early 1960s to the late 1970s. It was designed to provide long-range fire support and it’s lighter weight construction permitted air-portability by C-5 Galaxy transport aircraft.
New tooling injection plastic 175mm barrel & ammunition with adjustable elevation angle. Simplified driver’s station interior. Driver’s hatch can be displayed open or closed. Movable ‘Loader and Rammer’ feed tray and traversable elevation arm. Detailed & workable recoil spade and hydraulic system. Detailed M113 gun. Choice of 5 markings: US, West Germany, Israel, Italy.
