A custom switch for your FrSky Transmitter.
Having momentary and on/off switch functions in a single toggle switch is unique, and some folks have said they are difficult to find. We happened upon these and bought a few in case people wanted them.
This is not a replacement switch for any of the FrSky Radios. It is a custom part that will need to be soldered into your radio harness. Physically the switches are the same size as the upgraded switches used in FrSky’s flagship models (Horus and S models) and have a slightly smaller “switch box” than the standard switches, so installing them into any of the FrSky radios should not be an issue. The switch is a high quality unit from the same switch manufacturer that FrSky uses for their flagship models.
Operation:
When the switch is mounted in the radio and the lever angles toward the back of the radio the on/off portion of the switch is in the “on” position. Using a finger to pull the lever to it’s center position turns the switch off. Pulling the lever again activates the momentary switch turning it “on”; releasing the lever deactivates the momentary switch and the lever returns to its center position, off/off.
