Copic Opaque White ink is exactly as it sounds: its ink is not transparent, so any area that you apply it will appear crisp onto the surface of your paper without bleeding into your Copic markers!
Opaque White works great on permanent inks as well as watercolors.
You can dilute the opacity of the white pigment by mixing it with a little bit of water (similar to how you can dilute a watercolor pigment).
