Description
The circus is coming to town! Long before the internet or even TV advertising, the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus needed a way of letting people know about the circus’s arrival to generate ticket sales and interest ahead of the show rolling in. They would do this by sending out an “Advertising Car” a few days ahead of the circus itself, which would act as a billboard, sales office, and base of operations.
